By accessing and using SBCC's bamboo carbon capture service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
The bamboo plants have not yet been planted in the ground
You experienced technical issues during the payment process that resulted in duplicate charges
Your payment was processed but no order confirmation was received

Please understand that refunds are not available in the following cases:

Bamboo plants that have already been planted and are actively growing (these represent a living investment in carbon capture)
Changes in CO₂ offset value due to natural variations or market fluctuations
Personal financial circumstances or change of mind after planting has occurred
Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date

1. Send an email to info@bamboo-sbcc.com with your order number and reason for the refund request
2. Include your full name and the email address used for the purchase
3. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days
4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

Since bamboo plants are living investments planted in Sierra Leone, physical returns are not applicable. However, if you have concerns about your purchase or the plantation, please contact us immediately so we can address your needs.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider. Bank transfers and credit card refunds may take longer to appear in your account.
